Down payment and repayment with EMI attached!

Ok, now I am in such a phase of my life where we call it as assert keeping or rather assert constructing days. Almost after 7 years of job and 1.5 years of married life, I and my husband started to assimilate seriously our savings for the new course to begin. We started hunting a lot before we finalized our budget and decided on the place to go for. Well, let me tell you we won't get peaceful sleepy nights with big dreams until we land in our corners. But nevertheless, the process has just begun, and we are ready for it I can at least assure myself 😋. For me, I have always gone with the flow of life that has treated me and never compared the things I don't get, or I don't inherit with someone already settled down.

Well, that will be again a curse to do so and then again pondering so hard on it until you are really satisfied with. So, we have decided to go how much we can and how far we can foresight things based on our whatever savings and spendthrift we have. We did a detailed study of our incomes and how we can plan, (though we can just plan things, with the sheer factor that God will be kind to us as he has been). With the same idea, we started hunting for loans and better payment policies and trust me one can end up with indefinite ideas and schools of finance without a finance background. You ask anything related to loans and respective banks, at least now I can end up with the understanding of how all these operate.

Thanks to the process of going through these schemes, life is more like a stage now where we think, rethink and invest in anything small, big or huge. But one thing I can suggest is we should not make everything very calculative and fore step about it. You need to have a good back up for everything and anything to start for. The age we reside in is never going to be easy for us and so we should make our arrangements based on our scale and policy of working standards. Having a family to sustain and compete with the talents these days can definitely end us with some major scoring goals, but we should be well prepared to face it and not let everything on a mere calculation.

Choose your banks wisely and also study the down payment and repayment policies with detailed interest. Do not just jump in with the flashy offers any bank gives you. Have a flowchart and detailed comparison of policies and one think is a must which is to check with a person who has also been an investment approver one. Experiences do count and at some point, they do yield good vibes for you. So, do not miss any trait or point which has been given by a good advisor. So good luck with your EMI plans with a positive look that we save our upcoming days better. 😊
