Well, yes I belong to the she group and I happily marched all the way to my work space to deliver my bit of share on the same lines. The last one week, we have been pushing colleagues, friends and other members to contribute for the nexus of making a big wave swipe the crux of the matter! I think we made it and for "HER", it was all done upfront! I did the same to make a small difference by enacting as per the planned series of events and probably here I am to script the feelings which were evaporated from my side of view all ago.
I really don't know how far I can proclaim we established the leading joint of making a society full of equal deliverable(well, I meant deliverable equal from both the gender). I observed a lot of difference in the attitude of people working with us today, where they came wished me, felt happy about it. But I wish to see this fraternity growing with all wings in every walk of my life. I am sounding a bit more optimistic but isn't this what we are taught to always! Stay focused stay optimistic with your target and the goal is yours.
Well am not here to preach words to all, but yes we can expect the respect to grow manifold and not just restricted for a cause. In the same connection I attended a marathon for the woman covered by the same folks! Surprised to see determination growing so high and I vehemently deny to call them incapable of anything! It is utter wrong to pronounce a word like "handicap", I feel it's the inner cerebral membrane(Well, apologies for bringing this word, but can't help my zoology honours graduation bites me very often) that's imperfect never the outer physic.
So my reading audiences, I would like you all to share your views strongly and let's speak and not stop because someone else wants you to check yourself. I feel we need to make our tender minds understand respect and equality, not sharpen their vocabulary with a movement of being taught as "biased"!
